Nothing can prepare you for a diagnosis of cancer. Time does not stand still. The earth does not stop spinning. Life does not stop going. Work does not stop demanding. Meetings do not stop scheduling. To-do lists do not stop growing. Bills do not stop mailing. Friends do not stop calling.

Based on my experience, it will definitely be a conversation starter. Guests in your home may be shy to ask to try it for themselves.

My point: there is no one in the universe who has a better body than you do. Any of the ways that we compare bodies are social constructs and not universal truth.

Love is not tricky, it is not difficult to understand. Love doesn’t ever feel like not love. If love feels like anything but goodness, acceptance, tenderness, warmth, invitation, safety, comfort, affection, or pleasure; then I don't think it's love.
